General Cargo Range:

Sensitive Goods Classification:

Sea Freight Service Details:

  • 1 cubic meter limited to 500KG, minimum consumption of 0.5 cubic meters
  • Detailed PACKING LIST and INVOICE in both Chinese and English provided by the shipper
  • Calculation method for overweight: Actual weight / 500KG = billing cubic meters
  • Oversized items’ destination port delivery fees need to be confirmed separately
  • Fragile items damaged during transportation are not compensated; claims are based on double the freight cost
  • Fragile items must be packed in wooden frames/crates, and a fragile letter must be provided
  • The outer packaging of goods must have a shipping mark; lack of a shipping mark may result in rejection of delivery, and the company is not responsible
  • Delivery only to the downstairs area; if the recipient needs the driver to deliver upstairs or move into the warehouse, it must be negotiated with the driver
  • If customs check the cargo due to undervaluation by the customer, the responsibility and expenses incurred will be borne by the shipper
  • Warehouse reception only checks external packaging; fragile items are recommended to be packed in wooden frames, and the company is not responsible
  • If sensitive goods are mixed with general cargo, the entire shipment will be charged as sensitive goods

Claims Rules:

  • Smart Logistics is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure
  • For uninsured parcels, if loss, damage, or shortage occurs during transportation, Smart Logistics compensates within the limit of double the freight, based on the actual loss of the entrusted goods
  • Provides insurance services, charging a 3% fee based on your insured amount
  • Does not offer quotation services for items with difficult-to-verify values or easily damaged

Right of Retention:

  • If the fees are not paid in full, Smart Logistics has the right to retain the consignment. The retention period is two months.
  • After retention, Smart Logistics can resell or auction the retained items and have priority in recovery.
