Size and Weight Requirements:

• Oversize and Overweight: For Manila, single pieces exceeding 50kg, single side exceeding 99cm, the sum of length, width, and height exceeding 300cm will incur an additional charge of RMB 150/ticket. No delivery service for items exceeding weight and size in other areas.
• General cargo channel: Does not accept wooden box or wooden frame cargo. No service for single items weighing over 60kg, only available through channel 02.
• Customs Clearance Fee: For separately declared customs clearance items, please note on the handover slip. Failure to note resulting in clearance omission will be borne by the customer.

Fee Explanation:

• Changing the delivery address before delivery incurs a fee of RMB 30/ticket. Charges during changes are based on actual cargo volume.
• Procedure fees such as prepaid tariffs, freight collect, and collection of goods are charged at 3% of the amount, with a minimum fee of RMB 50/ticket.
• Insurance service fees are 3% of the insured amount, with a minimum of RMB 50/ticket. Inquire separately for high-value products.
• Free storage time at the local destination is 3 working days. Exceeding this period incurs a charge of RMB 1/KG/day.
• Some addresses do not support delivery, including military camps, airports, bonded zones, hospitals, prisons, islands, deep orchards, etc.

Compensation Standards:

• The company is not responsible for discrepancies between the provided information and the actual cargo due to customer declaration. Related costs are borne by the customer.
• Compensation for lost, detained, or unreleased items during transportation is based on the invoice value, with a maximum compensation of RMB 200 per ticket (including freight). Fragile items are not covered; please package them securely.

Important Notes:

• Quotations do not include destination remote surcharges, fines, warehousing, and return fees. These fees will be borne by the company if the sender refuses to pay.
• Prohibited items include toy guns, cigarettes, drugs, live plants, medicines, flammable and explosive items, corrosive substances, CDs, military weapons, etc.

Forbidden Items Regulations:

• The company rejects items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), such as toy guns, cigarettes, drugs, live plants, medicines, flammable and explosive items, corrosive substances, CDs, military weapons.
• If prohibited items such as cigarettes, a four-piece set of bank cards, etc., are discovered, a fine of RMB 5000 will be imposed, and the matter will be reported to the police.
